Using “Pen Key” of Nokia S60 Phones as “Shift” Key of Windows

“Notes” application in Nokia smartphones is a handy but basic text editor (not as good as its desktop counterpart like Notepad). Did you know that while using ‘Notes’,“Pen” key of Symbian S60 phone’s keypad can also be used as the “Shift” key of Windows (along with Up, Down and sideways navigation keys) to highlight and select multiple characters, words and lines of text?

To do it, just press and hold pen key and use 4 way navigation keys to select the desired text. It also works well when writing Messages. Try it now…..and say wow ‘-)
