hi. i have a nokia x6 and did as you posted to hard reset the phone.. it reset. went to “thanks for choosing nokia” added date, time, location, etc… but old files were still in the phone. i would love to factory reset my phone including resetting the codes to default as i have forgotten my pin/lock codes… which is why i did the hard reset in the first place. Please help… ive also tried the master security code generator, tried it to factory reset but still says lock code in incorrect… please help!
