SYMBIAN BELLE FIRMWARE (SW v111.30.607) APPEARS AT NAVIFIRM FOR NOKIA N8

The signs of Symbian Belle update (for older Symbian^3 phones) are getting more obvious by each passing day. In the latest development, Navifirm has started showing Latest Belle firmware version (111.30.607) available for Nokia N8 (see the snapshot below). From earlier experience with Navifirm, I can confidently say that Belle may start rolling out “officially” anytime now (within the next 4-5 days or so).
However Navifirm is not showing any “Variants” (Product Codes) or files for this Belle version currently. Also Nokia Care Suite servers are giving “Communication error” at Navifirm which most probably means that the firmware files are being uploaded now. You can see the firmware update in Navifirm by selecting “Production External” as the Server (at the top left corner in Navifirm). Interestingly there is no such version shown for other Symbian^3 phones (E7, C7, C6-01 etc) still. But you can expect that soon too.

So if you are patient enough, still waiting for official Belle (without flashing your N8 with a leaked Belle firmware), it’s time for reward buddy! Devices with European and Asian (Including Indian sub-continent) product codes will get Belle first and later it will be made available in rest of the world.
