YU Yunicorn further slashes the price of 4 GB RAM phones
YU is a sub-brand of Micromax, an Indian mobile manufacturer. It was founded in collaboration with Cyanogen Inc. YU announced its latest mid-range Android phone, the YU Yunicorn on May 30, 2016. Now Registrations are open for it’s first flash sale (on June 14, 2016) at Flipkart in India. The most striking point about YU Yunicorn is that it further brings down the 4 GB RAM (and other premium) phone specification to the affordable mid-range segment. At the launch price of Rs.12,999 ($195 approx.) it is the cheapest 4 GB RAM high-end phone in Indian market (leaving behind Micromax Canvas 6 Pro). Following are the main specs of YU Yunicorn –
